Horizon Beads has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Horizon Beads and accept Horizon Beads decision regarding the cancellation. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.horizonbeads.com shall not be entertained. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. Cancellations can only be done is customer get in touch with us by sending us an email within (maximum) 2 hrs of placing an order stating the reason for cancellation.
We do not Accept any returns. But if an item is damaged during transit, or there there is manufacturing defect or a wrong item is delivered to you, then in only such cases, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the time-frame which is 24 hrs of receiving the parcel. The shipping chargers for returning a product shall be payed by the customer only. We do not refund shipping in such case. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back we will then arrange for the replacement of the item.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-7 business days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Website. Orders are shipped on all days except on Sundays, National and Festival Holidays. Deliveries to users will also vary according to the pincode and delays are subject to holidays including local/regional holidays.
We shall ship the products through India Post or Speed Post. The Website reserves its right to alter the charges for the delivery options at any time, without prior intimation to the Users.
We have made every possible effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. We do not make any warranties about the color, texture of the photographed images, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor/viewing device. So we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate. Costume jewelry findings, beads and all jewelry components displayed are prone to weather changes. They have a tendency to react with heat, water, moisture, sweat, changes in temperature or chemicals. We do make any warranty and guarantee about their durability and quality.
